Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How do I login?
A:  Enter your 5 or 6-digit (do not enter leading zeros - if your ID# is 0099999, enter 99999), Reinhardt University ID number in the Username field. Do not include your last name in the Username field.  Then, enter your password in the Password box. Note:  Your password is case-sensitive. 
 
If you are a new employee or student, enter your 5 or 6-digit, Reinhardt University ID number (do not include your last name) in the Username box, then click the “I forgot my password” link. Your password will be sent to your Reinhardt University e-mail address.  If you are a current student, former student, or registered for new student orientation, click here to obtain instructions for accessing your Reinhardt e-mail account.
 

Q: I don’t know my password. How do I obtain it?

A: Enter your 5 or 6-digit, Reinhardt University ID number (do not include your last name) in the Username box, then click the “I forgot my password” link next to the Password box. Follow the instructions listed.  When prompted, enter your Reinhardt e-mail address.  A new, temporary password will be generated and sent to your Reinhardt University e-mail address.  Note: Your EagleWeb account is linked to your Reinhardt University e-mail address.

 

Q: I clicked the “I forgot my password” link, but I did not receive an e-mail message with a new password.

A: Check your Reinhardt University e-mail account. All e-mails from EagleWeb will be sent to your Reinhardt University e-mail address, not your personal e-mail account. Also, be sure to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders. 

 

Q: What e-mail address is associated with my EagleWeb account?

A:  For security purposes, your EagleWeb account is linked to your Reinhardt University e-mail address. You may not use a personal e-mail address with EagleWeb. 

 

Q: How do I change my EagleWeb password?

A: Login to EagleWeb, click the icon with your photo, click My profile & settings link, click the Password & privacy menu item, click the dropdown arrow next to Change password, enter your existing password in the Old Password box, enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, then click the Save button.

 

Q: How do I register for classes using EagleWeb?

A:  Select the EagleWeb Registration Instructions document on the Student Documentation Help page to view step-by-step instructions for registering for classes.  Note:  You must be logged in to EagleWeb to view this documentation.

 

Q: Is EagleWeb a secure site?

A:  Yes, EagleWeb is secured by a digital certificate. 

 
Q:  How do I access my coursework from a previous semester?

A:   To access courses from previous semesters, login to EagleWeb, select the desired Term and either the Course Code or Faculty Last Name , then click the Search button in the Guest Course Search portlet on the Home tab.  Next, click the title of the desired course and it will be available to you.
 
Q:   I no longer have a My Courses link on the Home tab. How do I access my courses?

A:   To access your courses, use the My Courses portlet. It can be accessed by clicking the Current Students tab, then clicking the My Academic Information link.
