Description
This course prepares a student with little or no background in algebra for successful completion of MAT 099. Topics include fundamentals of arithmetic, number systems, exponents, linear equations and inequalities, percent, decimals, fractions, verbal problems, basics of the rectangular coordinate system and multiplication of binomials.
